Short Film: Help Me Wake Up (2018) Review

A guy lies in a hospital bed. “Help me” is written in blood on the pillow next to him. He gets up and seems to be in a room lined with bloody sheets.

He tears open a rip in the sheet and looks out to see his mother talking to a doctor about her comatose son. Will he ver wake up?

It’s clearly a zero-budgets movie that looks to be filmed on a potato, but there is a story, there are characters, and there are a few good camera angles. It’s way lower production value than any of the other shorts we’ve looked at here, but even so, it’s promising. At less than three minutes, it’s not a huge investment, so give it a try.
