Synopsis
A woman writes a note. She writes that she’s gotten over the shock but still feels like something’s breathing on her neck.
We flashback to what happened. The same woman and Efe, a friend, went to a house that was said to be haunted. He goes in first, and they communicate with their phones. We see that he’s not alone in the building…
Commentary
The opening text says that it’s inspired by Turkish legends. There’s a monster in a building, so I’m pretty sure everyone has legends like that. If there’s anything specific to Turkey, they left that out of the subtitles.
It looks good, and the music is excellent. There’s not much story here, but we get enough to know what’s going on. The creature, at least what we see of it, looks good. The budget here is really low, but the filmmakers did good things with what they had, and it’s very promising for future efforts!
